Refunds and Exchanges

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, please email confirming whether you would prefer an exchange or refund and return the item within 14 days of receipt.

IMPORTANT- A packaging cost of £2.50 will be deducted from any refund given on all orders (unless item is faulty). Upgraded and international delivery postage costs are non refundable and will be deducted in addition to the £2.50 fee.

Earrings are non refundable due to hygiene. 

 

Please note:

Items must be in original packaging and unused/unworn.

It is your responsibility for the return of any items, therefore we recommend you to use a tracked delivery service to insure your package.

Personalised items with more than one initial are non-refundable.

Jewellery Care

​

• Avoid contact with water, perfume and other chemicals

• Take jewellery off when showering, exercising, cleaning, etc

• Remove when sleeping​
