Refunds and Exchanges

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, please email confirming whether you would prefer an exchange or refund and return the item within 14 days of receipt.

IMPORTANT- The original postage and packaging cost of £2.50 will be deducted from the refund given on all free delivery orders (unless item is faulty).

Earrings are non refundable due to hygiene. 

Upgraded and international delivery postage costs are non refundable.

 

Please note:

Items must be in original packaging and unused/unworn.

It is your responsibility for the return of any items, therefore we recommend you to use a delivery service to insure your package.

Personalised items with more than one initial are non-refundable.

• Take jewellery off when showering, exercising, cleaning, etc

• Remove when sleeping​
